FUNCTIONS

Yes, we do cater for private parties. In fact, we specialise in small functions (anywhere between 20 & 60 people) and will happily tailor-make the event, providing music, AV presentations, special drinks, food & cocktails and even theming, to meet your requirements. However, before you book, here are some things you need to know (including our basic charges):-

Function Hire -  Friday & Saturday:  $1,500*

- incl. $500 Booking Fee / Venue Hire + $1,000 combined Bar & Kitchen Tab 

- $500 deposit payable in advance (min 7 days)

- venue available 6pm - 1am

 

Function Hire - Wed / Thur / Sun:  $600*

- incl. $100 Booking Fee / Venue Hire + $500 combined Bar & Kitchen Tab

- $100 deposit payable in advance (min 7 days)

- venue available 6pm - 11pm

Daytime Sessions & BBQ (Private Hire): $600*

- incl. $100 Booking Fee / Venue Hire & $500 combined Bar & Kitchen / BBQ Tab

- $100 deposit payable in advance (min 7 days)

- venue available Wednesday to Sunday 12pm - 5pm

- BBQ available Saturday & Sunday & public holidays only, weather permitting     

 

* IMPORTANT: whilst payment of the deposit amount will secure your booking, function hire / tab charges must be paid in full by cash or bank/credit card at the beginning of the event.  Please note that pre-paid tab amounts quoted above represent a 'minimum spend' charge to secure exclusive use of the venue and its facilities during the times specified and as such are not refundable.

- organize your friends for an early start  

- don't stop at Macca's on the way

- do leave your car behind

- do leave the old people and under-18s at home with an appropriate carer

- do accidentally forget to click 'send' on invitations to known free-loaders

- don't get so wasted that you wake up in the toilet cold and alone with only one shoe after we've all locked-up and gone home

- do not bring illegal drugs or alcohol onto the premises; this will result in early closure of the event, forfeiture of any pre-paid tab balance and possible attendance by the boys in blue!
